Airline business was drastically affected by the pandemic. And why wouldn’t it? When people throughout the world were either restricted from or reluctant to travel overseas, the business of transportation was the first one to take the hit. And now as the second wave of the pandemic in India is receding, Airlines throughout the country are not only starting to operate on old routes, they are also looking for opportunities at new routes. On similar lines, SpiceJet, the budget passenger carrier, recently announced 16 new flights from this month.
New routes are being Experimented
SpiceJet will add Bhavnagar, Gujrat Gujarat to its domestic network. Bhavnagar will now be connected to Delhi, Mumbai, and Surat. The flights will be starting from upcoming August 20.
Along with that, the budget carrier will also launch 10 more flights. The new flights will connect Gwalior with Jaipur, Kishangarh (Ajmer) with Mumbai, Belagavi with Delhi, and Vishakhapatnam with Bengaluru. They will also add an additional frequency to the Delhi-Jammu sector.
